The company was founded under umbrella and guidance of K D Kothari, Sahil Kothari and Sharmil Kothari in year 2012 with major focus on emerging Electrical, Protection, Substation Automation & Power Quality management products distribution in various industries / Infrastructure by offering not only supply but also with complete concept to commissioning activities.
